The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of Sree Narayana College (Academic Year 2025-2026) is constituted in accordance with the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and UGC Regulations 2015.

The committee is committed to ensuring a safe, secure, and gender-sensitive environment for all students and staff members. ICC aims to prevent sexual harassment and to provide a fair, confidential, and supportive mechanism for redressal of complaints. Sree Narayana College strictly upholds a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual harassment and is dedicated to fostering dignity, equality, and respect within the campus community.

Objectives of ICC
  • To prevent sexual harassment within the campus.
  • To create awareness about gender equality and women's rights.
  • To provide a safe platform for lodging complaints.
  • To conduct inquiries in a fair and unbiased manner.
  • To recommend appropriate action based on findings.
Functions of the Committee
  • Receiving complaints related to sexual harassment.
  • Conducting preliminary reviews and detailed inquiries.
  • Ensuring absolute confidentiality of proceedings.
  • Recommending corrective and disciplinary measures.
  • Organizing awareness programmes, seminars, and workshops.
How to File a Complaint
Complaint Submission Guidelines
  • A written complaint can be submitted to the Presiding Officer or any ICC member.
  • Complaints may also be submitted through email (if applicable).
  • The complaint should be filed within three months of the incident (as per rules).
  • The identity of the complainant will be kept strictly confidential.
